A minimalist architectural design for a family house in Sofia. The building is located on a steep terrain; the street is located on the lower southern part of the property. The shapes and the layout of the house are designed so that the living room and the bedrooms are looking south towards a 180-degree view. On the lowest level (street level) there is a two-car garage and service rooms. The living room leads to a south veranda with. The design of the building is with clean straight lines with specific angled surfaces around the windows (wooden HPL-claddings).
