This is a project of a residential building in the central parts of Sofia. The residential units are apartments for rent; on the ground floor there is a reception with a lobby bar and in the basement there is a clubt. Clean cubical elements are used which allow to be gained the maximum total built area for the plot in a very elegant manner.
