The house is designed in a minimalist style, but with traditional local materials - wooden facing, white plaster and rough stone facing. This is a one-storey building, with no basement; the roof is flat. The front yard is open, with no barriers to the street. The covered parking space, part of the front yard, is also integrated in the design of the house itself. The house, the covered parking space and the garden warehouse next to the main building act as a barrier between the front yard and the inner courtyard where finds place a veranda with beautiful view towards the mountain and a direct connection to the dining room and the living room. House type 2C is part of an open-type complex on the outskirts of Sofia with a total of 27 houses.
