Description
Luxurious interior design of a house in Bankya, Bulgaria. The house has 4 levels - three above ground and a basement. The total area designed is 540 sq.m. on the four floors.
On the ground floor is the living room. Natural materials are used for floor and wall finishings. Soft and bright colors are combined with contrasting dark accents.
A distinct element that is present as well on the ground floor, as on the other floors, are the niches in the walls. Various surfaces are used - rough, glossy, matte, and also various light sources.
On the first floor there are the master bedroom and two kidss rooms. Each room is individually designed. The master bedroom uses soft warm tones. The two kids rooms are designed by requirements given by their future occupants - two little girls. Shades of pink and purple, as well as distinct elements - butterflies and circles - contribute to their individual appearance. Each room has its own bathroom, developed in the same style and tones.
At the basement level there is a small private SPA with pool, sauna, gym, shower, vitamin-bar and relax zone. Natural materials are used - wood and rough dark stone.
The attic floor is the party-floor - it's designed entirely in youth style. The floor and wall finishes are mostly monochrome; colored upholstery is an accent as well as color lighting sources. Brick linings, visible concrete and graffiti on the walls give the space youthful atmosphere.
